Additionally, for your information, please note the following:
HOURS OF OPERATION: Home Medix is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. PST on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and holidays.
AFTER HOURS SERVICE: During the times our office is closed, a 24-hour answering service will answer all calls. If a true emergency exists, tell the operator you wish to speak to a representative of Home Medix. The operator will contact the person on call. If you just wish to leave a message, you may do so. Only emergency deliveries/repairs are made on weekends or holidays. Please call with billing questions during regular business hours.
PLACING ORDERS: Most equipment orders (to be delivered within our service area) placed before 10 a.m. PST, can be filled the same day. All other orders need to be placed a minimum of one (1) day prior to expected delivery/pick-up date. Oxygen refills should be ordered a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Please call the office if you have any questions about when to order.
INSURANCE: We will do courtesy billing to Medicare, Medi-Cal, Cal-Optima and most private insurance companies upon request. Please provide us with all billing information, signed claim forms, etc.
REGISTERING COMPLAINTS: Complete customer satisfaction represents the number one priority for our company. Accordingly, we invite you or an authorized representative to notify us directly if or when service levels are less than satisfactory. Our policy is to review each and every complaint and to seek an immediate resolution to the satisfaction of all concerned. Moreover, we welcome any and all suggestions from our customers with respect to how we might further improve our service levels.
